This Filmmaking Workshop is an initiative of Charters Towers Regional Council and is designed for beginners to learn the basic principles of making videos.  It is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their video-making skills. 

The workshop goes for 4-hours and will cover basic camera operation, basic lighting, and basic sound recording.   Spaces are limited.

The workshop includes practical hands-on activities including filming a small corporate styled video.

Note: To maximise learning, participants should bring their own video camera (DSLR, mirrorless camera, video camera) and tripod (optional).
