Join Charters Towers Gas & Camping for a mouthwatering evening of meat, fire and smoke!
See the Green Mountain Grill Pellet Smoker in action as delicious pulled lamb shoulder and chicken wings are cooked fresh for guests to enjoy.
Running from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, 17 July, this hands-on experience includes the opportunity to learn the art of smoking from Aaron Ward, who will share expert tips, techniques and advice on getting the most out of your smoker.
Tickets are $50 per person, and registrations are essential.
